A health education project oriented to the education of proper food consumption.
Dr. Madan will work with members on the importance of good nutrition to stay healthy, control weight and prevent some diseases, who in turn will be health promoters for the rest of the Foundation.
The project aims to identify member’s dietary habits, promote healthy eating habits, replace sweets and other unhealthy foods for seasonal fruit and nuts, analyze labels of packaged foods, and create a nutrition newsletter with recipes for different healthy meals.
In turn, the personal trainer Debbie Gilbey, will be taking periodic measurements of body mass, fat, weight, etc., for evaluating the results.
Thanks to the project, before and after surveys will be conducted among the students in order to assess changes in their eating habits.
