The 2nd “Talk the Walk” to discover Tenerife’s Great Out-doors
Carrying on the existing theme to raise money and awareness for En Pie, the Canarian Mental Health charity and to bring together the Canarian and ex-pat communities and hopefully get each other speaking a little of the other’s language.
After the walk we are going to have a Canarian and English Picnic at the BBQ Park, Pinar de Chío – A Taste of Two Cultures whereby individuals will bring one buffet dish from their country from a list that will be given nearer to the date, once numbers are known.
Chinyero 1909 – A Volcanic Landscape
This is a nice, easy walk in the Chinyero Special Nature Reserve, mostly through pine forest and open country. This means that the scenery changes constantly as you circuit the volcano.
